Serge Filippov is the Principal Solicitor and founder of Surge Legal. He has practiced extensively in the family law jurisdiction since his admission in December 2014 and has a wealth of experience and expertise in complex family law litigation, child recovery, relocation matters, parental alienation, spousal maintenance applications, property applications out of time, financial agreements and consent orders. He has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia.
